How Masaar works
Everything runs against your client's own competency framework. The battery is built from it, the scores report against it, the development plans are written from it, and the re-measurement at the end uses the same yardstick.
You bring the framework
Your client's competency model is held as theirs: named, versioned, and unchanged by us. We do not ask a client to adopt our model in order to be measured against it.

Each competency is mapped to measurable dimensions from a validated library, and the battery is resolved from that mapping rather than written from scratch for every bid. That gives a documented rationale for each instrument and a timeline that fits a tender rather than a research project.

Delivery runs in both languages to the same standard: items, interface and support. Where an established publisher instrument is the right fit we use it; where it is not, we use our own regionalised instrument.

Scores report against their competencies
Results come back in the client's own competency language and bands, not our internal vocabulary. Scoring is standardised and quality-gated by rules your specialists control, and every score traces back to its evidence. The same view aggregates to cohort level, so the sponsor can see where the group is strong and where the programme has work to do.

Each participant gets a development plan
Every completed assessment produces a bilingual report and an individual development plan, written from that person’s own results and mapped to the modules they are about to sit. Qualified assessors review and release them where the programme calls for it.
