Built and hosted in the UAE
The platform is built and hosted in the United Arab Emirates, and candidate data stays in the region.
Encrypted, with defined retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Retention periods are defined and agreed per programme, and data is removed on that schedule.
Human review before release
Qualified occupational psychologists review and release reports where the programme calls for it. The platform supports judgement; it does not replace it.
Established instruments, or our own
We use established publisher instruments where they are the right fit, and our own regionalised instrument where they are not.
Validity, stated carefully
We hold a regional dataset of more than 5,000 candidates across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United Kingdom. Publisher norms are used where they apply, and regional norms are developed as the dataset grows. We do not claim comprehensive regional norms.

Retention schedules, sub-processors and instrument technical documentation are sent on request ahead of a procurement or security review, rather than published here.
